1. Where are your invitations made? All of our invitations are designed and printed in our Melbourne studio using high-quality materials and professional printing technique
2. Do you offer custom designs? Yes! We specialise in bespoke wedding stationery. You can request custom illustrations, printing finishes, and paper selections to suit your event.
3. Can I order a sample pack? Absolutely. You can order a sample pack to feel the paper quality and see print finishes before placing a full order. Visit our Sample Pack Page to learn more.
4. What is your processing time? Processing time varies depending on the complexity of your order. - Sample packs: 1–2 business days - Standard Print orders: 3-7 business days - Custom Foil / Letterpress orders: 14-17 business days If you're in a rush, please contact us before placing an order.
5. How much is shipping and how long does it take? We offer free standard shipping within Australia. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Express options are also available.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end. Please double-check all details before finalising your order.
7. Can I cancel or change my order after purchase? If production hasn’t started yet, we may be able to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Please allow additional time for international delivery and note that customs processing may delay arrival in some regions.
9. Do you offer digital downloads? Not at the moment. All of our products are physical prints crafted with care and attention to detail.
