There is something undeniably timeless about an Italian-inspired wedding—rich culture, generous hospitality, and an effortless sense of romance.

When Claudia and Santo began planning their special day at The Grounds in Alexandria, NSW, they wanted their stationery to reflect a warm, authentic Italian atmosphere. Centred around a sophisticated olive green colour palette, we collaborated closely with the couple to craft a cohesive, custom stationery suite that set the tone from the moment guests received their invitations all the way to the end of the night.

The Invitation Suite: Setting the Tone

Everything started with the invitation suite. To highlight the Italian theme, we anchored the design with deep, organic olive green tones paired with classic typography. From the luxurious paper stock to the fine detailing, the invitations offered guests a charming sneak peek into the celebration to come.

Ceremony Essentials: Custom Church Booklets

For their ceremony, we created bespoke church booklets (Order of Service) to guide family and friends through the traditional readings and vows. Carrying the same signature olive green accents and elegant typography, these booklets added a refined, personal touch to the holy proceedings.

On-the-Day Signage: Welcome Sign & Seating Chart

As guests arrived at the reception, they were greeted by custom-designed signage that seamlessly matched the wedding decor. The welcome sign and seating chart brought structure and elegance to the venue, beautifully bridging the natural garden setting with Claudia and Santo’s signature aesthetic.

The Tablescape: Custom Menus & Place Cards

For the reception, the dining tables were styled with meticulous detail. We designed individual custom menus paired with matching place cards for each guest, ensuring the rich olive green tone resonated beautifully across the tablescape against the florals and candlelight.

The Final Touch: Custom Favour Stickers

No Italian celebration is complete without a thoughtful token of appreciation. To round out the day, we designed bespoke favour stickers to seal their guest gifts—a small yet impactful detail that brought the entire stationery collection full circle.
